Short Bio: OneHeart Temple

Suntaya and Elohim have been holding sacred space for the Seattle community for over eight years. Our hearts have lead us in many directions along our medicine path, finally landing us here in the alchemy of many modalities. In addition to Breath & Cacao we weave as channels of prayer, song, energy healing and more. We are here in devotion to the OneHeart, an etheric Temple that comes into form when we gather together in love. Coming together in this way activates ancient codes that allow us to co-create a powerful container for healing ourselves and our collective.

Long Bio: OneHeart Temple

Together we share the transformational practices, guidance and wisdom that has supported us along our own paths. Our charge is to be the formless wind, acting as conduit for Spirit as a part of your ritual of returning to your Truth and the OneHeart. There, in that pure alignment, you begin the journey of freeing yourself from any story, pattern or desire that was not chosen by you so that you may have the space to embody your most expansive, beautiful, badass self.

Elohim and Suntaya both have completed a Breathwork mentorship with Shira Stardrift of The Original Medicine, completed 1st degree Reiki Initiations and a course pertaining to masculine & feminine energetics with Zaia Soul.

Elohim is a tender and steward of plant medicines and Earth wisdom. He is also currently a student of the Native sweat lodge tradition learning from his teacher Ron Thomas.

Awaken to your Breath and experience it as the deep teacher that it is. During this ceremony we'll embark together on a group journey to transcend normal states of consciousness and expand into the infinite universe of possibilities. Here, aligned with the vibration of love, we begin the process of liberating ourselves from that which is no longer serving us. Using our breath we’ll open our hearts to new capacities and awaken to even deeper levels of our truth.

Breathwork is a technology that utilizes breathing as a way of shifting out of our default reality. It allows us to access parts of ourselves that we didn’t know were there, that had been hiding in the dark corners or were simply too shy to let themselves be seen. It helps us feel in our bodies that whatever it is we're holding is profoundly FOR us. That the stories and histories we carry are perfectly beautiful ~ and that we (the collective) all carry a piece of those stories as well. 

While powerful alone, the two medicines of Cacao & Breath dance together in perfect counterpoint. Each playing a vital role in shifting our consciousness and way of being. The spirit of Cacao guides us to the doorway of our awakened hearts, the instrument through which our prana flows. Together, in community and through our breath, we’ll open that door and step through to the degree that we are ready.

What We Need in Order to be Fully Successful

• Space that is flat and comfortable to lie down on, preferably shaded and during the day or early afternoon (when it’s too cold it prevents people from being present and receiving)

• Space that is far from loud stages or a time slot that is during quiet hours

• A Full PA system (Bluetooth speakers will NOT cut it, the music is a vital part of the container)
  A sound guy presence to assist with our wireless setup

• 2 Hours minimum in order to ensure the participants are fully supported. This ceremony induces altered states in addition to that of simply existing within the heightened energies of a festival. (Not to mention how many participants might be experimenting with other substances) With a two hour container we can squeeze in time to properly prepare everyone and create a little space for processing & integration. Our IDEAL time frame is 2.5 - 3 hours.

• If cacao is being served we will need access to a kitchen & power outlets.

• Having additional support to hold the space is necessary as people will be moving through big energies. We would like to have 1 ‘Angels’ per 40 people to feel in integrity.
